Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns of unworn baby shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping of the return will be paid at the buyers expense. To coordinate a return please email us at hello@raspberriez.com. Note that we will only accept returns on shoes that are purchased directly through Raspberriez.

Exchanges

We would be happy to exchange an unworn pair of baby shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping of the returned item and replacement product will both be paid at the buyers expense. To coordinate a return please email us at hello@raspberriez.com.
